Chakras, Prana, Energy Healing, and Solidarity:

Energy Flow and Bodily Awareness: Somatic practices enhance awareness of the body’s energy centers (chakras) and the flow of prana. This can help individuals recognize and address imbalances that may be linked to emotional and psychological issues.

Embodiment and Empowerment: Balancing chakras through somatic practices can empower individuals by enhancing clear communication (Throat Chakra), deepening intuition (Third Eye Chakra), and fostering spiritual connection (Crown Chakra). Empowered individuals are more likely to engage in social justice work effectively.”

Through engaging discussions, higher-self circles, guided meditations, and immersive experiences, we explore the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, and other healing practices taking our liberation beyond the mat!
