About THE INDIGEQUEER TOUR 

The INDIGEQUEER Party has been based in Seattle, WA for the past 2 years, hosted and founded by Howie Echo-Hawk (@howieechohawk) (AKA the evening star; founder of Indigenize Productions) After the passing of Nex Benedict, Howie realized that it was time to take INDIGEQUEER on the road. As a former closeted trans native kid in rural Alaska, Howie knows what it is like to feel you have no community, and she hopes to take INDIGEQUEER anywhere it is needed.

the evening star was born in the INDIGEQUEER parties, as she realized that there was a serious lack of Queer Native dance music, and so the first single “DONT LET THEM COLONIZE THAT PUSSY” was birthed, as well as “CUM AND GET UR LANDBACK” and “PADDLE TOGETHER.” the evening star cant wait to perform for you, and dj all the songs you forgot you wanted to hear, from reggaton and dembow to hip hop, rnb, and house.
