If traditional gym spaces aren’t your jam, or if you want to learn how to increase strength and move well without the toxic dialogue that so often comes with the fitness world then this class is for you! With this class we hope to help increase confidence in fitness and gym spaces, center the experience of those most systemically marginalized by hegemonic narratives about bodies, and teach functional bodyweight and eventually weighted strength basics. Every Wednesday at 5:00pm inside Cirque Roots. Taught by Em of Endure Movement.
